Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At TrekEezy Travels, we are committed to providing exceptional travel planning and booking support to ensure your vacation experience is stress-free and enjoyable. Please review our booking policy carefully before requesting a quote or confirming a booking. 1. Booking Request & Quotes All bookings begin with a booking inquiry or request for a quote submitted via our website, email, or WhatsApp. Quotes provided are based on current availability and pricing at the time of request. Prices are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment is made, as airline, hotel, and cruise prices may change without notice. 2. Deposit & Payment Requirements A deposit is required to secure all bookings (cruises, flights, hotels, group trips, and packages). Deposit amounts vary depending on the supplier’s policies (cruise line, airline, hotel, or tour provider). Once a deposit is paid, the booking is considered confirmed and cancellation penalties may apply. 3. Payment Deadlines Clients are responsible for meeting all payment deadlines provided by TrekEezy Travels. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation by the supplier, and deposits may be forfeited. TrekEezy Travels is not responsible for price increases or loss of reservations due to late payments. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel supplier. Deposits are typically non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the supplier. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to supplier approval and processing timelines. TrekEezy Travels does not control supplier refund timelines and cannot guarantee refund processing speed. 5. Changes to Bookings Requests to change travel dates, names, cabins, flights, or hotel details are subject to supplier rules and availability. Change fees may apply and will be communicated before any adjustments are made. 6. Travel Documentation Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including: Passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond travel date) Required visas Travel authorizations (if applicable) TrekEezy Travels can provide guidance; however, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain and maintain proper documentation. 7. Travel Insurance TrekEezy Travels strongly recommends that all clients purchase travel insurance to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or lost baggage.
